Since the California Community Colleges (CCC), the California State Universities (CSU), and the University of California (UC) systems have standardized on a single LMS, Canvas by Instructure, the systems are exploring multiple strategies to support students taking courses across the three systems and reducing potential barriers in this process. Additional collaboration includes content sharing including Open Educational Resources (OER).
The system offices of the CSU and CCCs meet regularly to keep apprised on technical activities and to share success strategies especially since the CCCs are leading the cross-enrollment strategies amongst their colleges.
